Rules


Our Rules are simple and listed below for you to read, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

-Quiet Time is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

-Fires may only be burned in designated areas set around the campground. Do NOT place glass bottles in fire rings please. Charcoal and gas grills are permitted at your campsite.

-For the safety of everyone, all vehicles (including 4-wheelers and golf carts) may travel
no faster than 15 mph, and you must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart, 4-wheeler, or scooter on CW&WC property.

-Pets are permitted only by approval of Campground Management.

  • Upon approval you agree to clean all pet waste left behind.
  • All pets must have current rabies vaccination documentation.
  • All pets must remain on leash throughout your stay due to insurance standards.
  • Absolutely no aggressive or excessive barking dogs will be allowed.
  • Please contact us for more information about your pet staying with us.


-NO discharging of any firearms at any time. You will be asked to leave immediately.

-Fireworks are not permitted for use. There are too many risks involved with surrounding brush and wetland areas.

  • Local town does have Fireworks display yearly for 4th of July.


-Alcohol is permitted, but only at your site area. Alcohol in the common areas is not allowed.

-Parking is one vehicle per site. Additional vehicle arrangements can be made with Management.

-Camping units must be in clean in appearance and have bathroom facilities in working condition.

** Campground currently does not yet have bathing facilities, however it is in the works. **

-Trash must be put in heavy duty bags and set out for pick-up by 10:00 AM daily.

-Campground Guests:

  • Guests are allowed upon registering with Management.
  • There is a $5.00 charge per guest, per day. There is a maximum of 6 people total, per site.


-Due to noise pollution, generators of any kind are not permitted to run on sites.

-Please refrain from washing cars, campers and boats while on campground property.

-Disorderly conduct is prohibited. Anyone failing to comply with this will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

-Please note:

  • All tenants and guests enter campground at their own risk.
  • Insurance on your camper/site is recommended for your own safety and coverage.
  • All rules, rates and fees can be changed by management whenever deemed necessary.
